Day 6 — A song that makes you cry {or nearly and why}

this song makes me cry because one day the world will live in harmony and that makes me so happy that i know that day will come.

this song makes me cry or nearly because it just has a special place. there's a bit of story to it. the first sunday we were able to take tanner out of the hospital just to take him to church, this was the opening song and the words really hit me like a brick as i pondered what we had been going through that first week of tanners fragile life in the hospital. we weren't even sure we would be able to take him out but i asked for baby steps...just 3 hours to go to church. we we granted the 3 hour pass and went just to sacrament and then we had to head back right after. even now when i hear that song or sing it, i am filled with the emotion that i was 7 years ago when we took our tiny, fragile baby to church for the first time and i really knew how much the Lord loved us and had blessed us with this amazing human being. so if you didn't cry while reading that like i did while writing it, that's the story behind that song.

My Favorite

The following two are my very very favorite songs of all time EVER! They speak volumes about the way I truly feel about the gospel and my own testimony of Jesus Christ and the prophet Joseph Smith. They are from the CD "Let the Morning Come" by Janice Kapp Perry, Steven Kapp Perry and Lynne Perry Christofferson. This is a beautiful CD and I would highly recommend anyone getting it. The music is amazing and it's a CD I treasure dearly. The first song is a song called "We named him Joseph" and the second dong is called "Who could believe it"
